Desalination plants

Aqua-Life desalination company manufactures desalination plants of different configurations but their general feature is low energy consumption thanks to the usage of the APPR pump that has the inner energy recuperator.

A desalination plant is a complex of equipment consisting of a pre-treatment block, a reverse osmosis block, and a demineralized water storage block.

A pre-treatment block can contain:

  • sand media filters;
  • ultrafiltration modules;
  • bag, cartridge, or disk filters;
  • ultrafiltration modules;
  • dosing pumps for water treatment reagents.

Aqua-Life reverse osmosis block contains:

  • axial piston pump with energy recuperator;
  • RO membrane housings and flow distribution system;
  • automatic switch valves;
  • monitoring devices (flow meters, TDS meters, manometers)
  • controller with a touch panel for monitoring and operating.

Demineralized water storage block contains:

  • clean water storage tank;
  • clean water pump;
  • UV disinfection lamp.

We manufacture desalination plants for two cases. For indoor use, it is a frame-mounted desalination plant, and for outdoor use, it is a containerized plant.
