Seawater RO Unit, 40 m3/day
This RO unit was designed to correspond to the next demands:
●Low energy consumption
●Compact size, light weight, and small footprint
●Easy connection to pipeline net and to power point
●Comfortable maintains
Low energy consumption is reaching thanks to applying APPR pump with integrated energy
recovery. It gives the opportunity to reduce energy consumption to 2.7 kWh for a cubic
meter of fresh water. If to use a high-pressure pump without energy recovery, the energy
consumption increases to 6 kWh / m3.
The compactness is achieved through the use of the Aqua-Life distribution system, which
allows to reduce the length of the pipe and provides a convenient connection to the flush
line.
Light weight is a result of the applying of an APPR pump, which can be efficiently paired
with a relatively small light motor.
It`s easy to connect the RO unit to a pipeline net as all pump connections are placed in one
line.
The system has open access for any maintenance operations: chemical membranes
flushing, membranes changing, pump service.
The automatic control system concludes:
-protections against pump dry running; pump rotor wrong rotation; exciding pressure in
membrane housing; phase loss protection
– variable-frequency drive (applied in order to protect the motor and pump)
The automatic control system allows easy connection to the remote-control system.
